Akshay Aiding Sunny's Villa Debt?
In order to recoup a debt made to the actor, it was recently claimed that Sunny Deol's villa in affluent Juhu in West Mumbai had been placed up for auction. Soon, rumors surfaced that Sunny was receiving assistance from Akshay Kumar in repaying his debt. The loan was reportedly for about Rs 56 crore. The bank was also attempting to recoup the loan's interest charges. IndiaToday.in has since discovered that the rumors that Akshay had settled Sunny Deol's debts were untrue.
AKSHAY KUMAR IS NOT HELPING OUT SUNNY WITH HIS LOANS!
According to rumors, Akshay Kumar promised to assist Sunny Deol in repaying his loan in the Sunny Villa bank case. Akshay allegedly volunteered to pay a "huge chunk" of the loan, according to a news report. The article stated, "As part of the deal, Sunny Deol will then repay the loan to Akshay Kumar in a specified time." According to the sources, Akshay would repay Sunny's loan in the range of $30–40 crore.
We now know, however, that the assertions are untrue. In contrary to several rumors spreading on social media, our sources tell us that Sunny and Akshay have not met. Akshay is in Mumbai, according to a source, and Sunny is in London. Hence,there has been no meeting between them.
BANK WITHDRAWS AUCTION NOTICE FOR SUNNY DEOL'S VILLA
They have since released a correction. The notice reads, "Corrigendum to E Auction Sale Notice dated 19.08.2023 published in The Times of India Mumbai Edition (Pg.3) dated 20.08.2023 with regards to Sale Notice in respect of Mr. Ajay Sing Deol Alias Mr. Sunny Deol Stands Withdrawn due to Technical Reasons for the below mentioned Property:All That Piece and Parcel of Land Bearing Survey No. 41 Hissa No 5 (Pt) CTS No. 173 of In the registration district and sub district of Mumbai Suburban, bearing New Municipal Assessment No. 00121047.

Sunny Villa is a residence in Juhu that is situated on Gandhigram Road. According to rumors, the nearby land was auctioned off to pay back debts. This property is a 599.44 square meter plot of land in the Mumbai Suburban District's Village Juhu Taluka bearing Survey No. 41 Hissa No 5 (Pt) CTS No. 173.
The initial notification included information about the loan as well as the "Gadar 2" actor's real name, Ajay Singh Deol, and the name of his Juhu residence, Sunny Villa. Bobby Deol, real name Vijay Singh Deol, the brother of Sunny Deol, their father Dharmendra Singh Deol, and Sunny Deol's company Sunny Sounds Pvt Ltd were listed as guarantors and corporate guarantors for the loan that Sunny Deol had requested.
