The business is probably going to introduce the car later this month, even though the precise date hasn't been announced yet.
The Altroz iCNG, which Tata Motors previewed at Greater Noida's January Auto Expo, is about to go on sale. The Altorz iCNG, the company's third CNG vehicle after the iCNG versions of both the Tiago and Tigor, will go on sale later this month, according to HT Auto.
Tata Altroz iCNG: Reservations and shipping
On April 19, reservations for Altroz iCNG became available. Customers must pay a token amount of $20,000 to reserve their apartment. In the meanwhile, deliveries will start at the end of the month.
Types of Tata Altroz iCNG
Up to six variants of the Altroz hatchback's CNG model will be offered. The base model is the XE, the mid-range trims are the XM+ and XM+S, and the top-end models are the XZ, XZ+S, and XZ+S (O).
However, the specifics of each price have not yet been disclosed.
The twin-cylinder Tata Altroz iCNG
The car will also debut the automaker's new twin-cylinder technology. Two 30-liter cylinders, one below the other in the tidy compartment, are used in this technology. These will swap out the larger, solitary CNG cylinder that currently occupies the entire boot area in iCNG vehicles.
Engine: Tata Altorz iCNG
The CNG version of the car will be powered by the same 1.2-liter petrol Revotron engine that powers the ordinary version. The engine's maximum power output and peak torque in the base version are 84 bhp and 113 Nm, respectively. On the other side, these will be 97 Nm and 75.94 horsepower for the CNG avatar.
