Following last weekend's draw at Southampton, the Spurs manager leaves the team midway through his second season.
Due to a terrible run of results that culminated in Antonio Conte's irate press conference last weekend, the two parties have mutually agreed that he should leave Tottenham.
Spurs' most recent Premier League game ended in a 3-3 draw at Southampton despite a 3-1 lead midway through the second half.
Following a run of just one victory in five games across all competitions, Conte publicly questioned the mindset of his team.
This included losing to Championship team Sheffield United in the FA Cup and losing to Milan in the round of 16 of the Champions League.
Conte will be replaced by Cristian Stellini and Ryan Mason, the assistant manager, until the end of the current campaign.
Spurs chairman Daniel Levy said, "We have a fight on our hands for a Champions League place. We have 10 Premier League games left."
"We must work together as a team. To achieve the best result for our Club and great, devoted supporters, everyone must stand up.
"Tottenham's story is this: 20 years there has been this owner and they never won anything," Conte stated following the Southampton draw. Why?
I've tried to conceal the problem up to this point, but I'm not doing it anymore because, like I said, I don't want to see what I saw today because it's unacceptable and also bad for the fans.
