  • 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 tablespoon virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon green chutney

How to make an Egg Bhurji Sandwich

Step 1: Whisk the eggs
In a dish, crack open the eggs. Whisk well after adding a little amount of salt.

Step 2: Saute the veggies
