In April, Mario's cartoon series will make its big-screen premiere. But with only a month left, Nintendo has included another Super Mario Bros. Movie trailer. The final teaser was unveiled at a special Nintendo Direct on Thursday on Nintendo's YouTube page.
The movie's plot revolves around Mario and Peach's mission to rescue Luigi from Bowser, as revealed in the trailer, which gave us a better look at the film than we had before. The clip contains numerous references to Mario spinoffs like Super Smash Bros., but Mario Kart receives the most attention as everyone races down Rainbow Road, the series' most well-known track.
Nintendo's second Super Mario Bros. Movie-exclusive direct is now available. At the most recent movie-specific Direct, Nintendo unveiled Donkey Kong and provided some background on how his design was altered for the film from the video games. This time, the Direct mainly concentrated on the new trailer despite a brief presence from the movie's stars.

Together with many other actors, the film features Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Peach, Jack Black as Bowser, Seth Rogen as Donkey Kong, and Charlie Day as Luigi.
