Unexpectedly, Justin Suh finished the second round one stroke ahead of seasoned Chris Kirk with a score under 10. Suh is pleased to be in first place with a six-point advantage and a score under ten. Suh gained notoriety on Friday by sinking putts from 158 feet and scoring four straight birdies in the middle of the second round. After enrolling at the University of Southern California, Suh won the Pac-12 Player of the Year award in 2018. He received an exemption for the 2023 Players Championship and US Open after winning the 2022 Korn Ferry Championship. Suh's outstanding performance earned him the title of 2022 Korn Ferry Tour Player of the Year. Suh is now dominating on the PGA Tour, winning the Honda Classic, and establishing himself. "I definitely won't let it put a damper on a really terrific day," said Kirk, who is one shot behind Suh in the standings. On February 25 and 26, the Honda Classic's final rounds will take place, and Justin Suh, who is still vying for the championship, will be the centre of attention.
