Ahead of the Class 10 and 12 examinations, the Maharashtra government has decided to take action to enforce the "copy-free tests" programme, which includes shutting copier businesses within a 50-meter radius of the testing locations. Class 10 examinations for the Maharashtra Board will start on March 2 and Class 12 exams on February 21. Unauthorized persons would not be allowed to access test centres within 50 metres, according to a presentation presented by officials at a cabinet meeting on Tuesday that was presided over by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Exam centres will also be rated on their "sensitivity." Additionally, there will be more police present in the area of the exam centres. The district collectors have been designated as the coordinating officers, while the education commissioner has been designated as the nodal official.for the election. The Maharashtra Medical Purchase Authority Bill was also approved by the cabinet. According to this, an officer of the Indian Administrative Service would serve as the board's chief executive officer, who will report to the chief minister.
