While MC Stan's followers celebrated his victory, many branded him a "undeserving winner" on social media. In response, the rapper stated that he doesn't care about those who are "jealous" of his victory. MS Stan walked away from Bigg Boss 16 with the trophy, a staggering reward of almost Rs 31 lakh, and a beautiful car. While the rapper was first uninterested in the reality show, he showed off his singing and comedy skills in the latter portion of the show. His massive fan base and Mandali backing propelled him to the grand finale, where he won the trophy. Shiv Thakare and Priyanka Chahar Choudhary were defeated by Stan. His admirers celebrated his victory, while several branded him a "undeserving winner" on social media. Now, the rapper has finally broken his silence and stated that he doesn't care about those who are "jealous" of his victory.
MC Stan told Indian Express, "I honestly don’t care about them, mujhe fark nahi padta mama. I actually like people who get jealous. It’s a very natural emotion in a human being. One just needs to accept that this wasn’t meant for them. Just like most fans, I am also shocked but I do feel I deserved to win."
MC Stan is a rapper, poet, music producer, and composer from India. He rose to prominence following the release of his song "Khuja Mat" in 2019. His brother exposed him to rap music. His one-liners such as 'Shemdi', 'appreciate you', 'Haq se', 'feel you bro' and 'Hindi matra bhasha' and 'Raavas' have caught the attention of all across the country.
In his first post after winning Bigg Boss 16, the rapper stated that he fulfilled his mother's wish by singing rap on national television. Sharing photos with host Salman Khan, he wrote, "WE CREATED HISTORY. STAYED REAL THROUGHOUT, REPPED HIPHOP ON NATIONAL TV. Ammi ka Sapna poora hogaya and trophy P-town aagayi. Jis jis ne pyaar dikhaya sabko Haq hai. Ending tak Stan."
"Dil se bura laga," MC Stan exclaimed after defeating his dear friend Shiv Thakare (he felt really bad that he lost). Display Shayad's personality ke upar tha usne apne rakha maine apna. But, I suppose, the show was all about personalities. He was lost by a small margin.
Shiv, on the other hand, was overjoyed that MC Stan had won. He said Priyanka and I were good players. MC Stan accha insaan hai aur kabhi khela hi nahi (MC Stan is a good human being, he never played it for the trophy). That is what propelled him to victory. I've always said that Stan was a fantastic fit for the programme anytime I've been asked. Usko bhai, haq hai! Aaj jo wo jeeta hai, wo karta hai! "He completely deserves to win."
Shiv also mentioned how happy he is that the "Bigg Boss 16" trophy has returned to a mandali, referring to the Marathi audience.
