NFL Pro Bowl 2023: NFC roster for flag football and how the game will work

In preparation for the NFL Pro Bowl flag football competitions in 2023, we take a peek at the NFC roster. On Sunday, February 5, a week of competitions for the 2023 Pro Bowl will come to an end with what is guaranteed to be a highlight for followers of high-scoring contests: flag football. The format is seven-on-seven and includes offensive talent players. Except for the centre who will snap the ball, there won't be any linemen on either side of the ball. Linebackers and defensive backs will be on the defensive rosters, seeking to "tackle" their opponents by yanking their flags. Special teams will also participate in the game. Three flag football games between the NFC and AFC are scheduled. The first two earn the winning conference a total of six points. The third round's victor will be named the winner of the Pro Bowl Games. Eli and Peyton Manning, who will lead the NFC and AFC teams, respectively, will serve as the teams' coaches in this year's Pro Bowl format, which is sure to add to its appeal.

On Sunday, February 5, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada, flag football games will begin at 3 p.m. ET.
