The Texans' agreement with quarterback Deshaun Watson from last off-season is still in place. After winning a passing competition at the Pro Bowl in Las Vegas on Thursday, Carr made fun of the Raiders. Carr was questioned by if he had ever been as hot tossing the ball in Las Vegas after finishing with the highest score.Carr stated during the show, "Not that hot." That's most likely the reason I'm heading somewhere else.Carr made it clear that he won't be providing the Raiders with any financial favours,It would be very beneficial for the franchise if Carr were to extend that deadline, but that is not going to happen. Carr has $40.4 million in contract money that would become guaranteed if he's still on the Raiders' roster on February 15.

Carr said on Thursday, "I don't think that would be best for me." If a team traded for Carr, they would owe the following to him:Carr completed 16 of 30 passes (53.3%) for 174 yards and one touchdown against three interceptions in the Raiders' 13-10 defeat against the Pittsburgh Steelers on December 24. This performance came before he was benched. He completed 305 of his 502 passes (60.8%) for 3,522 yards and 24 touchdowns to 14 interceptions in 15 games. He also gained 102 running yards on 24 tries for a total of 102 yards. In his place, Jarrett Stidham led the 49ers to a defeat in OT by completing 23 of 34 passes for 365 yards and three touchdowns while also throwing two interceptions. Prior to being taken by the Raiders at No. 36 overall in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft, Carr was a great quarterback at Fresno State, where he threw 113 touchdown passes to 24 interceptions over the course of four seasons. In his NFL career, he has passed for 35,222 yards, 217 touchdowns, and 99 interceptions. He has also been selected to the Pro Bowl four times.
