"Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) has ordered the national team management to produce a report about Sri Lanka's significant loss to India in the third One-Day International, played on January 15, 2023, in Thiruvananthapuram," according to a statement from the nation's sport's regulatory organisation.

The statement said, "The report should include the captain's, the head coach's, the selection committee's, and the team manager's opinions about the defeat.
