The BMW 3 Series sedan is available in four trim levels: Sport, Luxury Edition, M Sport, and M340i xDrive. The 2.0-litre petrol engine is only available in Sport and M Sport trim levels, while the 2.0-litre diesel engine is only available in Luxury Edition. A 3.0-litre petrol engine powers the M340i xDrive.
Details About BMW 3 Series
There are three engine options for the BMW 3 Series: a 258PS/400Nm 2.0-litre petrol, a 190PS/400Nm 2.0-litre diesel, and a 387PS/500Nm 3.0-litre petrol (in the range-topping M340i). A basic 8-speed automatic transmission is available. While the first two engine options are rear-wheel drive, the 3.0-litre petrol in the M340i is all-wheel drive. This vehicle can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.4 seconds.
Features Of BMW 3 Series
The new "G20" 3 Series is 76mm longer, 16mm wider, and has a 41mm larger wheelbase than the previous generation. It's also 55 kg lighter than the previous model and has a perfect weight distribution of 50:50. LED illumination is used throughout, there are new headlamp and taillight designs, as well as slight alterations to the front and rear bumpers and the addition of the active kidney grill. All of these adjustments add up to a drag coefficient of 0.23.
The new 3 Series raises the entry-level BMW sedan to the level of the company's current sedan lineup, which includes the 5 Series and 7 Series. As a result, it has a 10.25-inch touch screen and a 12.3-inch TFT driver information display. The 3 Series also has gesture control, but it also gets BMW's new Virtual Assistance intelligent voice assistant, which replies to "Hey BMW" and handles entertainment, navigation, and car settings.
