Royal Enfield offers the Meteor 350 in three variants: Fireball, Stellar and the top of the line, Supernova.
Details About Royal Enfield Meteor 350
The new 349cc air-cooled SOHC 2-valve engine with fuel injection powers the Royal Enfield Meteor 350. The engine produces 20.4 PS at 6100 rpm and 27 Nm at 4000 rpm when paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The engine is counterbalanced for maximum refinement, a first for a Royal Enfield 350cc. The engine is housed within a double downtube split cradle frame that rides on a 41mm telescopic front fork and dual 6-stage preload-adjustable emulsion shock absorbers at the back. The braking system has a 300mm front disc and a 270mm rear unit, as well as dual-channel ABS as standard. The 350cc Royal Enfield motorbike has 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels wrapped in tubeless tubeless 100-section front and 140-section rear tyres. The Meteor 350 has a kerb weight of 191 kg, which is 6 kg less than the Thunderbird 350X.
The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 looks a lot like its predecessor, the Thunderbird 350X. This classic cruiser features an easy-to-reach handlebar and forward-set footpegs for a relaxed and comfortable riding position. The circular halogen headlight now has LED daytime running lights for a more contemporary appearance. The teardrop-shaped gasoline tank blends in with the low split-seat configuration. The round LED tail bulb that protrudes from the mudguard completes the retro design, as does the chrome exhaust pipe.
Features of the Royal Enfield Meteor 350
The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 now has a semi-digital instrument cluster that is compatible with smartphones. Tripper, a TFT display for turn-by-turn navigation, is housed in the secondary pod (a first for a Royal Enfield). The main pod displays information such as the speed, tripmeter, odometer readings, gear position, service indication, and clock. On the left switchgear, there is also a USB port, and on the right switchgear, there is a specific warning lamp switch. In terms of safety, the bike comes equipped with dual-channel ABS. Tubeless tyres should be substantially more resistant to punctures than tubed tyres.
